How do I make a booking?
It's easy - just give us a call on 020 7434 4300. You can book up to two weeks in advance.

Do I need my own golf clubs?
No. We have the very latest TaylorMade clubs available for you to use at no extra cost. Clubs for left-handers, ladies and juniors are also available.

Does it matter if I've never played before?
Absolutely not - Urban Golf is a great way for beginners to get a taste for the game. Our friendly team are always on hand to help you with a few tips, and we can arrange lessons if you get the bug.

Is there a dress code?
No. Just come as you are and we'll guarantee you a warm welcome.

Can we come down as a group?
Groups are very welcome at Urban Golf - just give us a call in advance so we can make sure we've got enough space and enough time to ensure you have a great time.

Can I have golf lessons?
Yes. We have a team of PGA qualified pros with access to cutting-edge technology to help golfers of every standard improve their game.

How do the machines work?
The simulator uses laser sensors to measure the speed, angle and spin rate of the ball as it leaves the club face, before projecting your shot onto the giant screen in front of you. You see your ball fly through the air and behave exactly as it would on a real golf course.

What about putting?
The simulators also cater for putting - you simply line up your putt and hit the ball at the hole which is displayed on the screen.

Do I need a handicap?
No. Urban Golf handicaps are available for regular players on completing 3 cards of 9 holes - just ask one of the team for more information.
