Before teeing off a player must once again raise his or her cap in the general direction of architects, Squire and Partners, and marvel at the newest and biggest Urban Golf venue so far.

Decor is in strict contravention of the clubhouse rules as laid out at St.Collar-and-Tie or Retired-Brigadier-on-Severn. A fusion of Victorian and contemporary, a nod to the history of the surrounding area paired with the cool funky style that Urban Golf has become renowned for.

For these reasons a player must acquaint him or herself with two distinct areas. One with three simulators, a coaching suite, a giant HD screen and seating area; the other with a cocktail bar, four simulators, giant HD screen and two practice greens (complete with golf billiards).
